At CrossFit Defy we strongly believe in the hybrid memberships. Hybrid memberships are a mixed membership of Private Coaching and Group Classes. This is the most effective way of achieving your goals. Whether you are new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, a regular 1-1 session with your coach will help maintain an effective relationship and give you a chance to develop your skills in a more focused environment.
