We take care of all the programming so all you have to do is show up and give your best effort.
The Defiant Youth Program is our kids fitness program. We believe it is very important to allow children to develop naturally and as diversely as possible. Specializing in sports at an early age has the potential to harm athletic development. We offer a broad athletic development program to ensure children are ready and prepared for anything that life throws at them. Our program can be the base of many different sports or purely used to have more active and healthier children.
